Getting to "Casa Renzo" is very easy. 

There are direct flights to the area every day from Stansted Airport to either Ancona, Pescara, Perugia, or Rimini Airport with Ryanair. Once you have collected your luggage there are a number of car hire desks within the terminals including Sixt Cars , Hertz , Autoeuropa and Europcar.

You will need a paper driving licence, passport and credit card to rent a car and ideally you should book your vehicle online before you travel.

The journey from Ancona and Pescara Airport to "Casa Renzo" takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes, Rimini is approximately two hours and Rome is just a three hour drive, the roads in Le Marche are far less busy than in England and driving is a joy. Once at the farmhouse there is a comprehensive book we have put together on suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Most places you will visit are less than 20 miles away and many of them are within 5-10 miles.

You will of course be pleased to know that the hire cars are modern and fully air conditioned and nothing like the Fiat 500 vehicles shown here in one of the streets in Macerata.
